Care may include medical management, therapy coordination, equipment recommendations, bracing needs, mobility planning, and treatment of complications that interfere with daily life.

Spasticity can cause stiffness, pain, abnormal positioning, difficulty with hygiene, impaired mobility, and limitations in daily activities.

Treatment begins with a detailed evaluation of your symptoms, functional goals, and current therapy program. Depending on your needs, treatment may include medication management, therapy recommendations, bracing, and targeted botulinum toxin injections.

We evaluate and treat musculoskeletal conditions that cause pain, reduced movement, weakness, or difficulty performing daily activities.

This may include:

• Shoulder pain

• Knee pain

• Hip pain

• Soft-tissue conditions

• Joint-related pain

• Overuse injuries

• Functional limitations following injury

Treatment may include activity modification, medication recommendations, home exercise guidance, therapy referral, imaging review, and injections when appropriate.

We provide rehabilitation care for patients before and after limb loss, including evaluation of pain, mobility, prosthetic needs, skin concerns, strength, gait, and functional goals.

Care may include coordination with prosthetists, therapists, surgeons, and other members of the rehabilitation team.

Some conditions affect much more than one body part. We evaluate the broader impact of illness or injury on walking, transfers, balance, endurance, self-care, work, and participation in everyday life.

Recommendations may include:

• Physical or occupational therapy
